You can replace the order thru Android app and iOS App

    • you create an account click on signup and fill out the information.
    • Once your account is created, login with your ID.
    • After you login, you will be able to place an order through the app.
    • All orders placed before noon can be picked up after 4 Pm same day. It’s easy to schedule date, time, location for pick up.
    • One of our agents will collect your items in our LaundrHouz laundry bags (provided on collection) and take them back to our cleaning facility, where our specialists will expertly clean your clothes. We’ll then deliver your items back your clothes on your selected date and location. If we deliver to your office proof of ID is required.

We accept payment by PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Free Pick-up & Delivery for orders over $30.00. Any order less than $30.00 is subject to $5.95 pick-up & delivery charge.

Our service is currently available in Orange County, California. We will be  gradually expanding to all major cities across USA.

We currently offer pick-up and delivery service from Monday-Saturday. For pick up, please have your garments ready by 4 PM on your scheduled day.

Simply email us at logistics@laundrhouz.com with special instructions. Let us know your Client number and Order ID. As well as the location where we can pick up and deliver. As long as the place is secure to pick up and deliver we will do so as per your instructions.

Yes, we do have customer service after business hours. Just email us at Support@LaundrHouz.com and our representative will get back to you. We will soon have provision on App and website for live chat.

Yes, you can do it on the App or simply email us at Support@LaundrHouz.com with your order number and we will be able to cancel or reschedule as per your request
